  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • When will my order be shipped?
    Processing time is 2-3 business days. Standard shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic). Express shipping: 1-2 business days (additional cost applies).
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, or an incorrect item was sent.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
    Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. We will inspect the product and offer a replacement or refund.
  • How long does it take to process refunds?
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

    We offer 100% human raw hair. Each bundle is ethically sourced and quality checked.
